Investor agreement
This agreement is made between you and Gain Capital Trading when you activate an account and participate on the platform. It applies together with the terms & conditions and the risk disclosure.
1. Nature of participation
You participate under the account conditions presented to you in the investor portal at the time of participation. The conditions recorded on your account at creation are the terms that govern it for its entire life.
2. Capital commitments
Capital commitment periods, withdrawal availability and any deductions are shown in the portal and must be accepted before you participate. Please review them carefully.
3. Statements and records
Your ledger is the authoritative record of your account. Every deposit, investment, profit accrual, deduction and withdrawal is recorded immutably, and you can export a full statement at any time from the statements page.
4. Representations
You confirm that you are acting for yourself, that your funds have a lawful origin, that you are not a sanctioned person, and that you understand the risks described in the risk disclosure — including that capital is not guaranteed, and past performance does not indicate future results.
5. Governing provisions
Disputes are handled first through the support system. The company may update this agreement with published notice; the version in force when you create an investment governs that investment, together with the conditions recorded on it.
