Privacy policy

Account data (name, email, country, phone), security data (password hashes, two-factor settings, sessions, login history), and financial data (deposits, investments, profit accruals, withdrawals) collected as you use the platform.

• To operate your account and the capital plans you participate in.
• To operate your account, record activity and process payouts.
• To secure the platform, detect fraud and comply with AML obligations.
• To answer support requests and send service notifications.

Financial records (ledger entries, accruals, withdrawals) and audit records are retained for the periods required by accounting and anti-money-laundering law, and cannot be deleted on request while those obligations apply.

Data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (such as email delivery and infrastructure), and with authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.

Passwords are stored only as strong one-way hashes. Sessions use secure HTTP-only cookies, sensitive actions are recorded in an immutable audit log, and administrative access is separated and monitored.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting info@gaincapitaltrading.com, subject to the legal-retention exceptions above. Security notifications tied to your account cannot be disabled.
